We are product development and sourcing consultants, specializing in working with global artisan resources in all Morocco.

** Based in Marrakech, we are surrounded by unending streams of rich handicraft traditions. With over 24 years of experience, we have the largest selection of products as well as the most vetted artisan network in all of Morocco. We believe in celebrating and preserving traditional craftsmanship, empowering artisan communities, and bringing Moroccan techniques to the forefront of modern design.

We are also one of the only environmentally-focused agencies in Morocco. We source items with a low environmental impact and use 100% recycled clean packaging. Our role is to be our buyers main hand and source of contact here in the field, with a follow up from start to finish by overseeing sourcing and design, as well as quality control, packaging and shipping until customers doors.**

Said Mirche | Co-OWNER and TEAM ADVISER

Said is the CO-Owner of Alcantara-Frederic Company and CEO. His well experience as a former master craftsman of brass lanterns, his diverse relationships with Moroccan craftspeople / cooperatives as well as traveling to many points in Morocco, enable the CO to well associate finely skilled craftsmen- with lead-time respect & quality- to the Alcantara and Export project.

ASMAA BENABDOU | Marketing and Operations manager

Asmaa, Administrative + good-level business management skills. She manages and coordinate all clients needs: product and design specifications, labeling standards & shipping methods, as well as production timelines... She handles all marketing and sales efforts for Alcantara CO in collaboration with all the team.

SALOUA RGUIGUICH | Sales AND shippIng Manager

Saloua is in charge of sales and shipping in general, following up the customer orders from our warehouse to their final destination. Her assistance on sales/marketing also helps to ensure the smooth running of e-communications & follow up between the customers & our company.

Said Moutabia | Production AND SOURCING Manager

Moutabia helps facilitate production by managing internal communication with Moroccan artisans & cooperatives. He also oversees the production process from start to finish, handling quality control in addition to performing general administrative and office tasks. Adding, his knowledge on the markets that helps for a good products sourcing.

Mohamed Benkerroum | Packaging manager

Mohamed oversees all packaging operations for Alcantara-Frederic, and works to ensure consistent, quality, and responsible packaging protocols specific to each client’s specifications. Following the instructions from A to Z, leading the CO packaging team to respect the customer protocols & standards.
